If I could give 7/5 stars, I would. After working with 2 other agents and being disappointed, a friend referred me to Roberta. She made this the easiest buying process I’ve ever had, and this was my 5th purchase. She’s so savvy when it comes to negotiation, titling issues, and the market in general. I barely had to lift a finger, and even my mortgage broker commented several times about how responsive and knowledgeable Roberta was. She is so low-pressure for me as the buyer, but very persistent with the seller’s agent and title company, which makes for the perfect agent. I wouldn’t bother working with anyone else after the kind of service and expertise she gave me.

Buying a home always comes with challenges, and in our case we were selling our home in California and buying a home in New Mexico. I cannot recommend Roberta highly enough. When we first met at a (rather disastrous) showing, I was immediately impressed by her straightforward communication and fun personality. She very quickly pointed us to a better house, and helped with every step from showing to purchase. She was always very responsive and clear in her communication during the entire process. To coin a phrase - you've tried the rest, now work with one of the best - you will not regret it.

After an overseas move fell through, my husband and I had to pivot quickly to buy a retirement house and we chose Santa Fe as our new home.
